100° Berlin at Sophiensaele, 2008Dora Matthews is set free by her former masters, only to be trapped in the recesses of her mind.

Created by scenographer and yoga teacher Bridget Stacey and performer and choreographer Adura Onashile, theater36 presents a bittersweet tragicomedy in a stylish new piece of multi-disciplinary live performance.

This production originated in London, with a workshop showing at Central St Martins in 2007 before development in Berlin with Dominique Bonarjee, premiering at the city’s foremost off-theater festival, 100° Berlin.

Her Name is Dora Matthews played in the main house at Sohiensaele in February 2008.
