A heartwarming and enchanting theatre experience for little ones and their loved ones.

Join Rosie and her trusty sidekick Hugh the Hedgehog on an unforgettable journey filled with magic, live music, and moments of heartwarming joy. Perfect for children aged 3–8, this enchanting production sparks imagination and celebrates the power of courage, kindness and hope.

As the summer holidays come to an end, Rosie is nervous about starting a new school. But her brave and adventurous friend, Hugh the Hedgehog, has a magical idea: he knows a witch who lives deep in the forest with her pet dragon, and she can cast a spell to make it the last day of the summer holidays forever! To make their wish come true, Rosie and Hugh must embark on an exciting quest to gather special ingredients from some unexpected new friends: a squirrel with a wobbly tooth, a little lizard, and a very rusty robot.

With stunning original songs by Nick Cope (CBeebies) and written by Victoria Saxton, Rosie & Hugh’s Great Big Adventure is a joyous celebration of friendship, bravery, and the magic of believing in yourself. Brought to life by a cast of actor / musicians, playing their instruments live on stage, this spellbinding production leaves audiences singing, smiling and inspired, long after the curtain falls.

“A beautifully crafted production offering entertainment and gentle but important life lessons.” Theatre Weekly ★★★★★

“A delightful musical! Young people will be left with a feeling of hope and optimism ready to embrace their next adventure.” The Scotsman ★★★★
